Returns and Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, please call +1 626-237-0715 or email Support@IvyMorales.shop for a return authorization. We will refund the original shipping costs upon return of the item. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our return policy is as follows:

Unused Products: You may return unused products for a full refund within the 15-day return period. The returned product must be in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our store, or you can bring the product to any WHS store to save shipping costs. We will refund your purchase price in full without any restocking fees.

Used Products: We do not accept returns on items that have been used or are missing their original packaging.

Damaged Products: If your order is damaged or any other special circumstances occur, please email Support@IvyMorales.shop to let us know and we will assist.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

Depending on the payment method, your bank may take several business days to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at Support@IvyMorales.shop.
