Shipping costs are based on the carrier's real-time estimate and the shipping speed you select during checkout. Your order may be shipped in batches, but this will not affect shipping costs.

Free ground shipping on orders over $69.

Shipping times are estimates, and while we will do our best to deliver within the time frame, we cannot predict delays due to weather, inventory, etc.

Additional shipping costs will apply to orders shipped outside the United States. For orders shipped outside the United States, please call +1 626-237-0715 or email Support@IvyMorales.shop so we can determine the appropriate shipping process and costs.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within one day of placing the order. Cancellations must be made by calling +1 626-237-0715 or emailing Support@IvyMorales.shop.

Pickup Only Items

Some items in our store section are listed as "Pickup Only" items.

We will hold these items for 3 weeks from the date of your order and if you do not collect them within this period they will be returned to our general stock.

If you collect the items after this period we will accept your order as long as the items are in stock. If the items are out of stock we will order them for you and let you know a new date for collection.
